Meetings with an inspiring touch at Buitenplaats de Bergse Bossen. Located just ten minutes outside of Utrecht, our unique environment offers plenty of parking space. It’s the perfect venue for your educational meeting, magical wedding, special workshop, or festive event!

Additionally, we offer a range of affordable and versatile options, with access to many facilities and, of course, a personal, cozy, and atmospheric ambiance.

Facilities of our meeting rooms
All rooms are equipped with a smart TV or projector, at least one flipchart, a well-stocked meeting kit, French doors to the outside, and excellent coffee and tea facilities. A microphone system is available upon request in all rooms.

Organization
To ensure everything runs smoothly, all new employees undergo extensive training and testing on their knowledge before working independently. This means every new team member is paired with an experienced staff member for two weeks. At the end of their probation period, a thorough mutual evaluation takes place.

Furthermore, our operational team meets twice a day to ensure everyone is updated on current requests and changes.

Feedback on your event is recorded in our systems, Opera and Symphony, allowing all involved to respond accordingly.
